Fever-Tree, the world’s leading premium mixer brand, is joining forces with Diageo to deliver an exclusive terrace takeover at Bar 31 this winter. Located at the base of the iconic Shangri-La The Shard, London, Fever-Tree and Diageo-owned Johnnie Walker Black will deliver a new drinking experience available to enjoy from October 26th until the new year, providing several carefully curated warming winter cocktails and serves. 

The Bar 31 Highball Collection has been put together exclusively with the festive terrace takeover in mind, consisting of five bespoke drinks celebrating the best of seasonal flavours. Visitors to the glamorous drinking hotspot will be able to enjoy a zesty Johnnie and Lemonade or a classic Johnnie and Ginger Ale. Those with a love for the fresh and fruity can go for the more daring Johnnie and White Grape Highball, boasting hints of apricot, whereas vodka lovers can choose a Ketel and Blood Orange Soda to quench their thirst. 

The full Bar 31 Highball Collection consists of:

·         Johnnie & Lemonade (50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label, paired with Fever-Tree Lemonade)

·         Johnnie & White Grape Highball (50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label, paired with Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda)

·         Johnnie & Ginger (50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label, paired with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale)

·         Ketel One Vodka & Italian Blood Orange (50ml Ketel One vodka, paired with Fever-Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda)

·         Tanqueray London Dry G&T (50ml Tanqueray gin with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water) 

The Bar 31 Terrace Takeover will be another major partnership between Diageo and Fever-Tree, bringing together two perfectly paired brands to London’s premium alfresco bar and lounge. Picnic benches, soft blankets and snug outdoor seating fill the open-air terrace, creating a casual and cosy vibe to enjoy a winter tipple. Expert bar staff are on hand to ensure that the drinks are made to perfection, complimenting the serves with an array of garnishes and botanicals.

Bar 31’s delicious artisan food menu will also be available, serving up classic pizzas, meat platters and traditional bar snacks including calamari and marinated Mediterranean olives.
