A dedicated gin and tonic bar is popping up in east London this week, featuring 160 gins from around the world.

It is being set up by tonic specialist Fever-Tree in Hoxton Square from June 12 for six weeks, offering master classes, dining experiences and tasting flights.

If follows the success of last year’s Fever-Tree Gin & Tonic Fever festival which brought together one of the largest-ever selections of gins to be sampled with Fever-Tree’s tonic varieties alongside some of London’s finest food producers.

Fever-Tree’s new Ultimate G&T Bar promises to take this experience to another level with its broad array of gins. As well as dining experiences and master classes with gin and cocktail experts, its G&Tree tasting flights will raise money for health charity Malaria No More UK.

The Ultimate G&T Bar will showcase the diversity and versatility of Fever-Tree’s natural tonics and mixers from Elderflower Tonic, made with hand-picked Gloucestershire elderflowers, to the herbaceous Mediterranean Tonic with lemon thyme and rosemary.

It will open Wednesday to Friday 4pm to midnight, Saturday 12pm to midnight and Sunday 12pm to 11pm.
