Fever-Tree unveils flavoured soda collection

Fever-Tree flavoured soda collection

Premium mixer brand Fever-Tree is rolling out new premium range of flavoured sodas to the UK on-trade.

Taking the same approach used to craft its range of tonic waters, Fever-Tree’s The Soda Collection contains four variants – Raspberry & Rose, Mexican Lime, Italian Blood Orange and White Grape & Apricot – all of which are designed to perfectly pair with a variety of different premium spirits.

The brand is championing the sophisticated Spritz serve, created by pairing a premium spirit with one of Fever-Tree’s low-calorie flavoured sodas, which the brand hopes will appeal to today’s health-conscious consumers.

Craig Harper, Fever-Tree’s national on-trade sales manager, said: “We know that consumers are more conscious than ever about when and what they drink, whilst still looking for a premium experience.

“Our new sodas mean bartenders can create sophisticated low-calorie Spritz serves, which look beautiful and taste even better. Take our Italian Blood Orange Soda, which is great with vodka or Italian aperitifs or the White Grape & Apricot Soda, which works well with vermouth. These are delicious long drinks and so easy to make.

“The response to the new range from our trade customers has been fantastic. Just as we’ve done before with our tonic and ginger ranges, we’ll be supporting our trade partners with bespoke menus, trainings and digital and experiential activity throughout the summer.”

Rose Cottingham, senior innovation manager, Fever-Tree, added: “We are so excited to launch the Fever-Tree Soda Collection. Our meticulous focus on quality is at the heart of the brand and has again taken us across the world in pursuit of the very best ingredients to create these great-tasting mixers.

“From handpicked rose petals in Bulgaria to zesty Mexican limes and the highest quality fruits from different regions across Italy, we have created a versatile range of mixers to be enjoyed with a whole raft of spirits, fortified wines and bitters during the spring and summer months.”

The Fever-Tree Soda Collection will be available in premium 200ml glass bottles through national wholesale accounts from 2 March 2020.
