Bloody Mary bar for bartenders for London Cocktail Week

london cocktail week logoA Bloody Mary Garden is being created as a bolt hole for bartenders and the bar trade in London’s Covent Garden as part of London Cocktail Week this month.

The Bartenders Lounge will serve twists on the classic cocktail using the premium Bloody Mary Mix from Finest Call, the ready-to-mix cocktail range distributed in the UK by Cellar Trends.

The Bloody Mary Garden will be run by Tim Robinson and his Twist London events team who expect to welcome over 250 bartenders each day to the Bartenders’ Lounge.

People in the bar trade can meet at the bar for one of its numerous twists on a Bloody Mary between midday and 7pm each day, each priced at £4. Serves include non-alcoholic Bloody Marys.

It will be within the Euphorium Bakery in the Thomas Neal Centre in Earlham Street from Monday October 7 to Sunday October 13. It will be open to anyone with a trade wristband for London Cocktail Week.

Peter Thornton, brand manager for Finest Call, said: “Bloody Marys are known as the ‘bartender’s breakfast’, and we would like to invite bartenders, buyers, managers to come and have their breakfast in a glass at the Bloody Mary Garden, whatever time of day it is.”

Bartenders and trade can register for their free London Cocktail Week wristbands at www.londoncocktailweek.com/tradewristbands.
