Franklin & Sons extends mixer range with lemonade


Franklin & Sons Original Lemonade

Global Brands has launched a new flavour for its Franklin & Sons range of natural mixers, designed for mixing with premium spirits and as a stand-alone drink.

Original Lemonade contains one of the highest percentages of natural lemon juice on the market, specifically sourced from Argentinian lemons to achieve a citrus hit in a clear liquid.

As with the rest of the Franklin & Sons range, it is blended with Staffordshire spring water and natural British sugar, with no artificial colours or flavours and no preservatives or sweeteners.

The entire mixer range, which debuted last year, has been developed with guidance from Shaker BarSchool, designed to meet the exacting standards of today’s bartenders as well as the expectations of increasingly discerning consumers.

Original Lemonade comes in single-serve 200ml recyclable embossed glass bottles like the rest of the range which includes Indian Tonic Water, Light Tonic Water, Sicilian Lemon Tonic, Original Ginger Ale and Ginger Beer. Franklin & Sons premium tonics and mixers won six stars in this year’s Great Taste Awards.

The high carbonation helps to reinforce the fresh taste and releases the subtle botanical aromas. The new packaging is in powder blue to match the rest of the range but designed to stand out in its own right.
