Premium tonic, mixer and soft drinks brand Franklin & Sons has introduced a new online system, designed to aid on-trade venues in creating and printing their own perfect G&T menus.
Launching with over 500 gins and countless pairing combinations, the free system, which is part of the Franklin & Sons website, helps customers tailor G&T menus to their specific needs.
Operators and bartenders can simply log on and choose their gin selection. A perfect pairing tonic water and accompanying garnish are then suggested. There is a choice of classic text or hand-drawn illustrations to accompany the menu.
Rosie Crossman, brand manager, Franklin & Sons, said: “We developed this new online menu system to support customers in creating and showcasing the perfect G&T serves.
“The system is incredibly easy to navigate, menus can be designed in a matter of minutes, printed and arrive with customers within five days.
“The G&T combinations that customers can choose from are endless, for example those who want to list a particular Mediterranean-style gin, would then perfectly pair it with Franklin & Sons Rosemary Tonic Water with Black Olive.
