Premium tonic, mixer and soft drinks brand Franklin & Sons has added a new Mediterranean-style Mallorcan Tonic Water to its range.
Taking inspiration from the Spanish Balearic island of Mallorca, the new variant combines zesty lemon, lime and grapefruit with aromatic rosemary and thyme.
The ingredients are blended with spring water, a touch of British sugar beet and quinine-rich natural cinchona bark extract.
Available in a 200ml bottle serve, the tonic has been developed to unlock new flavours and create a unique Mediterranean drinking experience for consumers.
The zesty Mallorcan-inspired flavours are said to work in harmony with citrus-forward gins and add depth to sweeter flavoured gins. Alternatively, the citrus notes match well with vodka, Blanco tequila and light aromatic fortified wines.

Earlier on in the year, Franklin & Sons unveiled its Taste Collective campaign, educating consumers and showcasing how high-end trends across food, drinks and styling can apply to everyday life.
