Frank’s RedHot condiments enter bar and pub market

Frank's RedHot Xtra Hot

Frank’s RedHot condiments have been launched into the bar and pub market as part of distributor Empire Bespoke Foods’ new strategy to grow the brand.

Already established in retail, the brand has been introduced to the foodservice sector through a variety of UK-wide wholesalers, suppliers and cash-and-carries including Dhamecha Foods, Bestway and Fresh Direct.

The range has been extended with Frank’s Buffalo Wings Sauce, Xtra Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce and Chilli and Lime Hot Sauce which join the Original Cayenne Hot Pepper Sauce. They come in 148ml bottles in cases of six.

Empire Bespoke Foods has also introduced the Original Cayenne Hot Pepper Sauce and Buffalo Wings Sauce in 3.7-litre plastic catering packs.

The first bottle of Frank’s RedHot emerged in Louisiana in 1920 after Jacob Frank and Adam Estilette partnered to create a sauce with the rich flavour of cayenne peppers. Frank’s RedHot sauces are made with a premium blend of aged cayenne peppers and spices. They are all-natural and gluten-free and contain no added gums or thickeners.

Empire Bespoke Foods’ sales and marketing sirector Nick Thomas said: “The Frank’s RedHot brand has a lot of fans in the UK through their availability in UK retailers and we’re delighted to unleash them on the foodservice sector.

“The brand is iconic, the flavours are amazing and with the trend for US-inspired cuisine plus the growth of innovative street food, we’re positive they will appeal to a host of innovative foodservice operators.”
