Frizzenti unveils new solution for cocktails on tap

The producers of Frizzenti sparkling wine on tap have launched a new offering for serving cocktails on draught.

Frizzenti’s pre-batched drinks come in 10-litre bag-in-box and pass through a carbonator, adding sparkle at point of dispense. They use the same sleek, contemporary fonts as the sparkling wines.

The first cocktails available are an Aperol Spritz with Aperol and soda water, a Mojito with a white plata rum, fresh lime juice, sugar and soda water, and an Espresso Martini made with cold-brew coffee, vodka, sugar and coffee liqueur.

The new solution, which has been trialled in the on-trade, was unveiled at the Pub18 show that runs on February 6 and 7 at Olympia in London.

Frizzenti’s managing director George Workman said: “Our model is to offer venues a wide choice of drinks on tap, directly via our portal. Cocktails on tap are Ideal for venues who want to be efficient both in terms of time and cost.”

The company offers a complete cocktail tap installation service from survey to fit-out and on-going maintenance.

Aiming for premium quality, the cocktail recipes were developed with the help of creative drink design agency Drinksfusion.

They have the benefits of consistency, less wastage, easier control of inventory and speed – each cocktail takes about 10 seconds to serve from the tap, allowing customers to be served up to four times faster than making the drinks from scratch.

The new cocktails are part of Frizzenti’s wider family of premium products on tap, including a range of sparkling and still wines.
