Funkin Cocktails is helping bars bring Latin American flavour to drinks menus with the launch of its Funkin Pro Prickly Pear Purée.
Developed in collaboration with nationwide restaurant brand Las Iguanas, the new purée is made from hand-picked, ripe cactus fruit, grown in Mexico. It is pale pink in colour and adds “savoury notes” to drinks serves.
Available in cases of five 1kg pouches, Funkin Pro Prickly Pear Purée is prepared with natural ingredients and no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
