Funkin Cocktails is debuting its FunkinPRO Watermelon Cocktail Mix to the UK on-trade.
Tipped as a top flavour for this summer, the new watermelon mix offers a “sweet and refreshing flavour” and pairs well with a range of spirits, from vodka and gin to tequila and rum.

Serves set to appear on cocktail menus this summer include the Watermelon Mojito, Watermelon Margarita and Watermelon Martini.
Watermelon Martini
50ml FunkinPro Watermelon Mix
25ml FunkinPro Mango Puree
50ml FunkinPro Sweet & Sour
50ml London Dry Gin
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over cubed ice into a goblet style glass. Garnish with a FunkinPro Dehydrated Citrus Wheel and Strawberry Slice.

75ml Funkin Pre-batch Mojito Mix
50ml White Rum
Mint leaves
Build all ingredients and stir with cubed or crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
