Michelin-starred venue Galvin at Windows, located on the 28th floor of London Hilton on Park Lane, has unveiled a new identity for its skyline bar.
The next phrase comes in the form of 10º. Representing “a modern oasis” for busy Londoners, the skyline bar offers panoramic views across the capital.
10º, meaning the golden hour after sunrise or the hour before sunset, is dressed with interiors overseen by Aylott + Van Tromp, featuring a colour palette of gold, burnt yellow and green.
The team is headed up by Galvin at Windows’ chef patron Chris Galvin, general manager Fred Sirieix, his assistant Gilles Louis and head chef Joo Won.
In line with the refresh, the bar menu has been updated with a selection of newly developed cocktails, alongside a continuously changing range of ‘tiny classic’ cocktails and virgin concoctions.
The food menu, created by Joo, boasts a playful, inventive take on French and Korean fusion light bites to complement the bar offering. The team predict that the stand-out dish, Joo’s Fried Chicken, will be a crowd-pleaser with customers.
Gilles said: “We take pride at being at the top of our game for well over a decade, and we felt ready to evolve our offering. The London skyline 360º view we have is priceless, so it made perfect sense to harness that further.
“We want every hour to feel like the ‘golden hour’ when you are here. The refreshed bar menu reflects our dedication to presenting an exquisite and delicious offering.
“We expect 10º to be a key player in London’s thriving bar scene and we look forward to unveiling our new look to our customers – old and new.”
