The Mediterranean has found its spirit. GINPLZ announces its official launch, set to take place on 6 October 2025 at Bar Convent Berlin — the world’s stage for premium drinks. Visitors to Bar Convent Berlin will be the first to taste this small-batch gin distilled in Portugal’s south.

Distilled in traditional copper pots, GINPLZ is a celebration of citrus. Juniper sets the crisp, piney backbone, while lemon and orange peel bring zesty brightness, and bitter orange adds a bold aromatic edge. Orange blossom lifts the citrus with floral elegance, while olive leaf and wild rosemary deliver an earthy, sunlit herbaceousness that recalls coastal air. Finally, clove and cardamom add a lingering spiced warmth, leaving a finish that is vibrant, balanced,

and effortlessly intriguing. Crafted sustainably with home-grown botanicals and Mediterranean inspiration, GINPLZ embodies modern elegance while staying true to tradition.

The use of a rice-based neutral spirit gives GINPLZ its distinctive smoothness — a silky, subtly sweet mouthfeel that allows the botanicals to truly shine with exceptional purity.
