Grape times ahead for London Wine Week

After the success of its inaugural year in 2014, London Wine Week is back from May 18 to 24. Bars, pubs and restaurants across the capital will be running special deals, tastings, food pairing menus and other events.

The popular Wine Tours allow consumers to enjoy wine flights for £5 and other offers at more than 100 venues, helping them to discover new grapes, varieties and vintages.

They are available to anyone with a London Wine Week wristband, which can be bought online or at hubs around London for £10.

As well as London Wine Fair at Olympia, you can look forward to pop-ups, parties and master classes. A pick of the best below, but you can see the full event schedule at www.londonwineweek.com/events.

The Nyetimber Hub at Devonshire Square

Your first port of call this London Wine Week, The Nyetimber Hub sits at the heart of the action in Devonshire Square. Collect your wristbands and relax in the luxury pop-up bar whilst enjoying a free sample of Nyetimber English sparkling wine, or brush up on your knowledge at one of the daily master classes where guests will be lead through a tasting of current vintages for just £15 per ticket.

Wines of Portugal Discovery Bar

Popping up all week in the Western Courtyard of Devonshire Square, The Wines of Portugal Discovery Bar promises to bring a little piece of the sunny Med to our LWW home.
