London bar TwoRuba is looking forward to a sherry Christmas with its seasonal new cocktail paired with festive food.
The Very Sherry Christmas is a mix of Harvey’s Bristol Cream sherry, sweet pineapple juice, sharp lime juice and cranberry juice with a drop of cane syrup, served in a Moscow Mule mug and topped with crushed ice, mint and redcurrants.
Priced at £10, it was created by TwoRuba’s head bartender Mark Tomczyak. It can be ordered with a selection of spiced pulled turkey sliders together with Christmas slaw as a “Turkey and Tankard” for £19. It is available in the bar until December 27.
TwoRuba opened this summer after a refurbishment of the bar at the Hilton London Tower Bridge hotel.
