Hayman’s of London is expanding its drinks portfolio with the launch of a new juniper-forward gin liqueur.
The gin liqueur has been created using Hayman’s classic gin recipe, which features ten botanicals. A touch of sugar has been added for sweetness.
James Hayman said: “This is a liqueur for people who enjoy the taste of gin. By adding just the right amount of sugar to our blend of ten classic botanicals, we’ve been able to capture all that wonderful gin character but layer in the underlying sweetness traditionally associated with a liqueur.
“In many ways this is the perfect summer drink. Wonderfully smooth, the high bottling strength and classically balanced botanicals make it perfect for enjoying neat over the rocks with a simple orange wedge garnish.
“Alternatively, for a long refreshing summer serve, simply top with tonic, soda water, ginger beer or even prosecco and garnish with fresh fruit.”
Just 6,000 individually numbered bottles of Hayman’s Gin Liqueur have been created.
Last month Hayman’s released True English Hopped Gin, the first special edition bottling under its ‘Bartender Release’ series.
