Healthy Hospo creates digital training platform dedicated to health and wellness

Healthy Hospo wellness app

Not-for-profit company Healthy Hospo has turned its platform into a digital web app, available 24/7, to give hospitality professionals the support they deserve and the resources they need for a happier, healthier life.

Times are tough for the hospitality industry. Long shifts, short breaks, late nights, poor nutrition, stressful environments, and the newly added Covid-19 anxiety mean it can be difficult to prioritise health.

Healthy Hospo’s new platform launches with lessons covering topics as diverse as sleep, nutrition, mental health, exercise, social connection, financial health and business management. New lessons will be added regularly so there will always be fresh material.

As well as the bespoke lessons, it features curated content including podcasts, videos, articles and recommended reading lists for those who want to dive a little deeper into their personal health.

The web app is available to hospitality professionals looking to improve their health, no matter where they are in the world, at £2 per month. Businesses can also sign up their entire staff in one go and reap the financial benefits of building healthier, happier teams.

Tim Etherington-Judge, founder of Healthy Hospo, said: “Ever since I launched Healthy Hospo back in 2017, I’ve always sought a way to get our pioneering training into the hands of as many hospitality workers and businesses around the world as possible.

“The launch of our digital training platform, that puts all of our training in people’s hands, no matter where there are in the world, is the next stage in that dream of a healthier, happier hospitality industry.”
