London Borough’s Gladstone Arms is set to reopen this spring after previously shutting its doors in the autumn of 2016.
Adored by locals for its sense of community, The Gladstone Arms is set to reopen after previously shutting its doors in the autumn of 2016. An avid supporter of small businesses, entrepreneurs and musicians, the historic London pub has played host to famous artists such as Ellie Goulding and Noah and The Whale.
Described by The Spectator as “One pub among thousands – but one at the centre of a community and of stories told from generation to generation,” the pub will reopen under new management and founders plan to continue the tradition of creating longstanding ties within the local community.
Three budding young entreprenuers, Megha Khanna, Gaurav Khanna and Abhinav Saxena are bringing their favourite pub back to life and are hoping to recreate the space where friends can kick back, relax and share a tipple in a comfortable and cosy environment.
The pub will be teaming up with local British breweries to serve thirsty patrons best of British lager and craft beers. What’s more, you can also expect exotic cocktails infused with local ingredients and globally inspired flavours.
