Do you have what it takes to be crowned the UK’s “coolest” cocktail bartender?
Leading ice machine manufacturer, Ice-O-Matic, is launching its new “Cocktails on Ice” competition – a nationwide search for the most innovative and creative mixologists.
The winner will receive a trip for two to the famous Icehotel where they and their partner will enjoy two nights and days in beautiful Sweden.
Open to anyone over the age of 18 currently working in the UK hospitality industry, the first “Cocktails on Ice” challenge has been designed to transform the bar competition scene. Hopeful applicants must first register their interest at www.cocktailsonice.com and then submit a 90-second video of their cocktail making process along with three recipes, one of which must demonstrate an innovative use of ice.
Entries will then be whittled down to just six finalists who will “shake it out” in the Grand Live Finals at Imbibe Live! on July 4 and 5 in London.
