IBC extends sugar-free syrups range

IBC Syrups

The Italian Beverage Company (IBC) has added four new flavours to its range of Simply Sugar-Free Syrups.

Cinnamon, Almond, Raspberry and Strawberry Simply Sugar-Free Syrups are now available, extending the existing offer which includes Amaretto, Caramel, Hazelnut, Chocolate, Vanilla, Gingerbread and Salted Caramel.

The syrups have been designed to give customers more ways to enhance speciality drinks menus. To serve, bartenders can simply stir through coffees, cocktails, mocktails, shakes and smoothies.

A flavourless and sugar-free syrup that dissolves easily in beverages and adds sweetness without effecting the taste of the original drink, which can be used as an alternative to other sweeteners, is also available.

IBC’s Simply Sugar Free syrups are vegan approved by the Vegetarian Society.

Ricky Flax, general manager of the Italian Beverage Company, said: “So many customers routinely ask for skinny drinks and our Simply Sugar-Free Syrups are a great addition to these beverages, making them increasingly popular.

“Extending the offer with additional flavours gives customers more choice and operators more scope to experiment with the lite menu using a range of products that are current, being less than 20 calories a serving and vegan too.”
