Jay Newell makes Mother’s Ruin


Jay NewellJay Newell, bars manager at Soho House in London, has created a new gin and absinthe cocktail, Mother’s Ruin, for the menu at the members club. He uses Bombay Sapphire and La Clandestine Absinthe – a new addition to the revamped range of spirits on the back bar. “The use of Clandestine Absinthe hits on a huge trend which is influencing the cocktail scene in London at the moment,” Jay adds.
