Popcorn brand Joe & Seph’s has expanded its range with five new flavours to tie in with today’s opening of Brasserie Prince By Alain Roux in Edinburgh.
They have been developed with Alain and his father Michel Roux Senior to match the unusual flavours that the two chefs love to explore.
The new flavours will be Root Ginger & Lemongrass, Blue Cheese & Rhubarb, Piña Colada, Goat’s Cheese & Black Pepper, and Speculoos. Starting with the first three, they will join Joe & Seph’s 50-strong range of signature flavours and will also be available at the restaurant.
Brasserie Prince By Alain Roux at Rocco Forte’s Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh will offer French bistro dishes combining quintessentially French flavours with high-quality Scottish ingredients.
Michel said: “Our cooking is about capturing and enhancing flavours, which is exactly what Joe & Seph’s popcorn manages to do in each and every kernel.
“Having first tasted it on board an aeroplane, I knew we had to collaborate with them and create the ultimate bar snack.”
