The explosion in street food in bars and pubs has led Knorr Professional to launch a range of pastes with international flavours.
They are made using high-quality spices, blended and bound in oil to create a consistent, authentic flavour in an easy-to-use format. The new range includes Butter Chicken, Piri Piri and Teriyaki, with recipes available at www.knorrchefhacks.co.uk.
Street food is the fastest-growing segment of the out-of-home market, according to the 2016 Allegra Eating Top of Mind report.

The range is lactose free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans and contains no added artificial flavourings or colourings. The Butter Chicken paste is also gluten-free.
