Leading bartender joins Bourne & Hollingsworth for new projects

Leading bartender Jim Wrigley is joining London bar operator Bourne & Hollingsworth Group to help the company develop its brand and new projects.

He will work alongside Jamie Forbes, bar manager at the group which includes the original Bourne & Hollingsworth in Fitzrovia, Reverend JW Simpson in Fitzrovia and Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings (pictured) in Clerkenwell.

Jim has previously headed London bars such as Made in the Shade, Trailer Happiness and Lonsdale. He has also worked in bars in Edinburgh, New York and California and was international brand ambassador for Santa Teresa rum.

He has worked with Jamie before when they helped launch the former Albannach bar and restaurant in London’s Trafalgar Square in 2004.

Jamie has been overseeing new projects for the group while managing Bourne & Hollingsworth and Reverend J W Simpson for over two years. With Jim on board, they will work together on innovative new menus and hosting master classes and industry events throughout 2015.

Bourne & Hollingsworth Group is also known for its events including Blitz Party, Prohibition and The Chap Olympiad.
