A celebration of craft beer begins today (August 13) in east London, featuring more than 30 brewers from all over the world.

London Craft Beer Festival (LCBF) will be at Oval Space until Sunday (August 16), offering visitors an opportunity to taste beers alongside a line-up of street food and DJs.

It includes London brewers such as The Kernel, Camden, Beavertown, Weird Beard, Howling Hops, Redemption Brewing and Pressure Drop as well as others from the rest of the UK such as Magic Rock, Thornbridge, Burning Sky, Siren, Buxton, and Wild Beer.

Overseas breweries will be making a rare UK appearance at LCBF including Edge Brewing from Barcelona, Omnipollo from Stockholm and Lervig from Norway as well as Founders Brewing Co from the US.

In association with pop-up beer and whiskey bar The Stevedores, The Pickle Factory opposite Oval Space will play host to some of the newest brewers on the craft beer scene.

LCBF is bringing back its smoked Onglet steak and chips as part of a line-up of food, which also includes pulled, smoked and roasted Ginger Pig meats from pop-up Pull & Punch at The Pickle Factory. There will also be charcuterie boards from The Borough Ham & Cheese Co and US-inspired street food from Big Apple Hot Dogs.

The eclectic music programming, run in association with Oval Space Music, will see the return of Ghostpoet for a second year along with DJ sets from Will Kennard of Chase & Status, Spectrasoul, DJ Yoda, Public Service Broadcasting, Cuban Brothers and Artful Dodger.
