Luscombe adds sparkling soft drink with Damascene rose water

Luscombe Damascene Rose Bubbly

A sparkling soft drink made with Damascene rose water and Muscat grape juice is being introduced by Luscombe Drinks.

The Devon-based soft drinks producer is promoting the delicate, fragrant Damascene Rose Bubbly as a “serious” alternative to a glass of champagne for non-drinkers.

As well as grape juice and rose water, the blend includes Sicilian lemon juice and spring water, available in a 32cl screw-top bottle.

It is being launched in time for Valentine’s Day, suggested as a “his and hers” pairing with Luscombe Drinks’ Passionate Ginger Beer, launched earlier this year.

Gabriel David, managing director of Luscombe Drinks, said: “We are constantly innovating, whether it’s production techniques, ingredient suppliers or new flavours. The aim is to continually push boundaries to capture more of the nuances of the fruit ingredients we use.

“We are confident that the Damascene Rose Bubbly will be hugely popular, notably amongst women looking for a refined and elegant soft drink.”

Luscombe Drinks’ other products include Apple & Ginger Juice, Sicilian Lemonade, Apple & Pear Juice, Hot Ginger Beer, Cool Ginger Beer, Apple & Apricot Juice, Apple & Elderflower Juice, Wild Elderflower Bubbly and St Clements.
