Independent drinks wholesaler LWC Drinks has launched a full-service hospitality app and web-based solution, to support its customers and the wider industry in navigating the ‘new normal’.
Drink + Dine provides operators with the technical capabilities required to offer table ordering and payment, as well as collection and delivery services.
Venues will be given their own white-label ordering solution that plugs into their existing website and will be encouraged to join the Drink + Dine marketplace, where new consumers can discover them for the first time.
Using the platform’s simple dashboard, outlets can upload their own menus, products and promotions, and download customer data. Exclusive LWC promotions, in partnership with leading drinks brands, will also be available.
The drinks wholesaler is covering all set-up and development costs and will take no transaction fee on orders placed through the app or web solution. Instead they will charge a small, heavily subsidised monthly running fee.
