Mac & Wild serves up a new whisky-based Espresso Martini

London restaurant Mac & Wild has launched Black Watch, the UK’s first bottled, ready-to-drink, whisky-based Espresso Martini.

The drink, available to buy bottled to enjoy at home or served up at both Mac & Wild’s London restaurants, has been created by Mac & Wild’s highland mixologist, Luke Leiper, and is a smooth blend of Talisker 10 infused with Edinburgh’s own artisan roast Janszoon coffee beans, coffee liqueur, amaro and cold brew.

With the trend for Espresso Martinis lookinglike it’s here to stay, Mac & Wild’s Black Watch provides a distinct take on the much-loved cocktail, served with a Scottish twist.

Each variety of Mac & Wild’s Scottish cocktails are hand-crafted in small batches in Edinburgh, created by blending Scotland’s finest whiskies and spirits infused with locally sourced Scottish herbs and botanicals.

Inspired by Scotland’s wild and beautiful landscape, the range of pre-bottled cocktails are available in five ready-to-drink varieties, each inspired by classic cocktail blends, created and served with a contemporary Scottish twist.

Black Watch, the newest addition to Mac & Wild’s in-house range of pre-bottled Scottish cocktails, comes in a stylish gold wax-sealed bottle and is available to buy online via or direct from Master of Malt. Also served to enjoy at Mac & Wild restaurants: Mac & Wild Fitzrovia and Mac & Wild Devonshire Square.
