It is essential to be very well connected and have a current knowledge of Manchester and Liverpool’s ever-growing bar scene.
Connections to the regional and national wholesalers which work out of these areas is desirable.
You must have a sound knowledge of the history of gin and be able to hold tasting and training sessions for both consumers and bartenders alike.
