The Yorkshire Meatball Co is celebrating the success of its premium meatball range, after receiving a nomination in the Best New British Product category at this year’s Great British Food Awards.
The Great British Food awards celebrate the country’s finest home-grown produce, as well as the hard-working people who cook and create with these British ingredients.
The Yorkshire Meatball Co products will be trialled, tasted and tested by a panel of top foodies including Masterchef’s John Torode, Rachel Allen, Val Warner and Nathan Outlaw.
Co-owner of The Yorkshire Meatball Co, David Atkinson, said: “To be shortlisted with such an amazing selection of new UK brands, such as Manchester Gin and Booja Booja, is a real testament to our commitment to leading the fight against average, tasteless meatballs.
“These national awards give the great British public the chance to help decide which products tingle their taste buds the most, with their votes put towards the final award results.”
