Missoula bars launch cocktail and food menu with Cosmo promotion

Missoula Birmingham 2015

Stonegate Pub Company is introducing new cocktail and food menus at its stylish Missoula bars this month, backed by a promotion tying into National Cosmopolitan Day.

Going live today, it features drinks with a summer vibe such as a Mango Daiquiri and a Peach and Passion Fruit Margarita while an old favourite, the Pornstar Martini, is back on the menu but in a giant form to add a touch of glitz to a night out.

The revamped food menu has been designed to cater for all tastes, appetites and agendas, whether visiting for a light snack, late lunch or an evening meal. With three plates for £7.99, customers can enjoy zesty Tabasco spiced prawns and slices of chorizo in a cider and honey glaze.

Ahead of National Cosmopolitan Day on May 7, Missoula bars in Cardiff, Chelmsford, Colchester, Romford, Birmingham, Chester, Durham, Manchester Piccadilly, Middlebrook and Solihull will be giving away 100 free tapas meals and Cosmopolitans this week. A Cosmopolitan made completely of ice will be on display at Missoula Chelmsford on the launch day.

Alan Armstrong, head of marketing for Missoula at Stonegate, said: “We are excited to be launching this new menu to our customers and are confident that it offers dishes and drinks that complement summer well.

“Not only are there the addition of some fantastic tapas-style plates to the menu, but with our competitive range of offers throughout the week, we are sure that this will stabilise Missoula’s position on the high street.”

A range of offers will be available at Missoula throughout the week, including two-for-one cocktails at selected times and two-for-one desserts plus some sites offering three tapas plates for £7.99 and two meals for £7.99 on selected dishes.

The new menus will also be available at Stonegate venues Edwards, Flares, Reflex, Label Newcastle, Ark Manchester, Bar 38 in Portsmouth, Charles Street in Brighton, Queens Court in Leeds, Via Manchester, Mary’s Cardiff and Rupert Street in London.
