Mojo appoints new senior role to develop brand


Sam FishBartender Sam Fish (pictured) has been promoted to a new senior management role for Mojo bars as the group seeks to develop the brand further.

Previously general manager of Mojo in Leeds, Sam has been appointed to the new position of product service manager, responsible for all three Mojos including the sites in Liverpool and Manchester.

Her new role will focus on education, ensuring that every member of each Mojo team is performing to the expert standard they have come to be known for.

She will also be responsible for contributing to the development of the Mojo brand, including food and cocktail menus and its master classes.

Sam, who has also won accolades for her expert cocktail bartending skills, has worked for Mojo for seven years, becoming general manager at Leeds in 2011. She previously worked at Revolution and Sandinista in Leeds.

Sam said: “I’m over the moon to be progressing with Mojo. I’ve said for a long time now that, so long as Mojo have room for me to move onwards and upwards, I don’t see any reason to leave. The past seven years have been hard at times yet the hard work has always amounted to something good.

“I’m very loyal to the Mojo brand and fully believe we will continue to succeed for many, many years to come.”
