Monin rolls out aromatic pink peppercorn syrup

Monin is tapping into current flavour trends with its latest launch: Pink Peppercorn syrup.

The newest addition to the Monin portfolio “captures the unique aromatic and floral character of the vibrant South American berry”.

Monin Pink Peppercorn can be used within a range of cocktails and non-alcoholic serves, designed to help bartenders elevate G&Ts and premiumise a soft beverages (recipe ideas below)

Like the rest of the Monin range, the Pink Peppercorn syrup is free from artificial flavourings and colourings, is suitable for vegans and is allergen free.

Pink Peppercorn G&T

Pink Gin & Tonic
15ml Monin Pink Peppercorn syrup
40ml Gin
150ml Elderflower tonic
Add all ingredients into a glass, top with cubed ice and serve.

Peppercorn Mule (no-ABV)
15ml Monin Pink Peppercorn syrup
10ml Monin Lime Rantcho
150ml Ginger ale
2 dashes Bitters
Add all ingredients to a highball glass, top with cubed ice and stir.
