Monin teams up with biscuit brand on winter cocktails

Monin Lotus Biscoff

New winter serves are being promoted through a partnership between syrup brand Monin and Lotus Biscoff biscuits.

They include Butterbeer, made with cinnamon-flavoured Monin Speculoos syrup, and highlight the versatility of the caramelised Lotus Biscoff Spread for cocktails.

James Coston, Monin UK brand ambassador, said: “Lotus Biscoff spread is the perfect partner for a range of Monin products, enabling bartenders to create delicious, inventive winter cocktails that customers will love.

“It complements the Monin Speculoos syrup particularly well as it contains many of the same delicious caramelised cinnamon and ginger notes, making the Lotus Biscoff Butterbeer recipe a surefire winner.”

Renowned for the unique caramelised flavour, the Lotus Bakeries brand has over 80 years of heritage for its biscuit which is best known as an accompaniment for coffee.
