New fiery ginger beer launched as mixer and for cocktails

Heartsease Farm Fiery Ginger Beer

A ginger beer has been added to the Heartsease Farm range of soft drinks, promoted as a mixer and a cocktail ingredient.

Heartsease Farm Fiery Ginger Beer is made entirely from natural ingredients, balancing the sweetness with the intense warmth of Jamaican ginger..

The complex sweet spiciness of the ginger beer makes it suitable for cocktails such as the Muddy Boots (pictured), mixing it with spiced rum. See below for the recipe.

Heartsease Farm is a range of pressé drinks made with natural ingredients, blended with Welsh spring water, using traditional British recipes.

The other five products are Elderflower Pressé, Raspberry Lemonade, British Blackcurrant Crush, St Clements’ Pressé and the award-winning Traditional Lemonade.

Heartsease Farm is available in single-serve 330ml glass bottles as well as a larger 750ml bottle for sharing. There is also a plastic 425ml single-serve bottle.

Muddy Boots

150ml Heartsease Farm Fiery Ginger Beer
50ml Spiced Rum
Garnish: star anise, wedge of lime

Pour the chilled ginger beer and then the rum into a champagne coupe. Perch a perfectly cut lime wedge on the rim and add a star anise.
