The combination of a refreshingly sharp lime ice base with a sweet hint of coconut is the latest flavour to be added to the New Forest Ice Cream range.
The Lime and Coconut sorbet has been developed from a traditional family recipe and features an exotic combination of real lime juice laced with creamy coconut.
Free from artificial colours and flavours and with zero fat content, it is the newest addition to New Forest Ice Cream’s range of over 50 ice creams and sorbets. It is available in two-litre catering tubs.
The sorbets can be served alone or with different desserts, acting as a tempting palate cleanser in between courses. They can also be used to create refreshing cocktails.
