New look for Schweppes mixers comes to on-trade

Modern packaging has been unveiled for the Schweppes range of mixers in the licensed trade to increase stand-out behind the bar.

The new look has been introduced by Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) as part of continuing investment in the number-one mixer brand which is worth £138million and growing at 6.8%.

It is the first phase of CCE’s latest plans for Schweppes within the licensed channel, with further initiatives due to be announced in the coming months. The new packaging has already been introduced in the off-trade.

The investment in Schweppes follows growth of 3.2% in the mixers sector last year, according to the CGA Brand Index, with the new packaging designed to further capitalise on the increasing popularity of mixers.
