New on-trade app for bartenders


Drinktank, the world’s first global intelligence network for the drinks industry, is revolutionising the way brands and bartenders collaborate with each other through insights, with the launch of a brand new app. 

Bridging the gap between drinks brands and bartenders, Drinktank develops tailor-made questionnaires with brands and their agencies, to test concepts and measure trade-forward brand activities; whether it’s new product development, trend forecasting, positioning feedback, advocacy programme ratings. These bespoke briefs are shared with a global Collective of bartenders and bar-thinkers, and Drinktank analyses the results, providing robust, tailor-made insight reports. 

Since its launch in 2018, Drinktank has built a network of over 1,400 bartenders across 36 countries – including industry consultants, bar owners, managers, bartenders and barbacks from some of the World’s 50 Best Bars, as well as team members from local dive bars, pubs and restaurants – to source direct insights, and shape and deliver success. 

With bartenders’ expertise at the heart of Drinktank, each and every member of the Collective that provides their insight is paid for their time and Drinktank takes 0% of that fee. With the launch of the new app, payments will be made instantaneously, meaning bartenders time and insights are recognised for their real value. Drinktank is now available exclusively to the on-trade for free download on Apple and Google Play stores.
