Premium bakery brand introduces an authentic, premium twist to its bread range
With more consumers demanding authenticity from their food, La Lorraine Bakery Group has tapped into this trend with the launch of its Rustic Cubes – a brand new range of speciality breads that are each bursting with quality, freshness and flavour.
The new range of sourdough breads are made with the purest ingredients which are perfected through a unique baking process, each resulting in a satisfying open and moist crumb. Thanks to a long maturation time of the dough at different temperatures, these breads offer a distinctive taste and benefit from a longer shelf life after baking.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, each product offers the perfect quality and are part-baked, ready to serve within minutes. Allowing caterers to only ‘bake off’ exactly what they need, when they need it, means more convenience and a lot less wastage.
Available in three formats – White, Vital and Olives & Herb – each roll is made from wheat flour and packed with total goodness. Starting with the Vital product, this bread is filled with the finest ingredients; everything from sunflower and pumpkin to sesame and poppy seeds, as well as grated carrot. The Olive & Herb variant is packed with flavour; enriched with green and black olives and malted barley and aromatic herbs including oregano, onion, garlic, black pepper, basil, rosemary and sage. Meanwhile the White roll variant oozes sophistication; made with wheat and rye flour and enriched with white germs – giving it that true authentic taste.
Extremely versatile and flexible, these delightful breads can be served hot or cold and are suitable across any foodservice operation – ideally served as breakfast rolls or lunchtime sandwiches.
