Bartender Bianca Hepworth has been appointed UK brand ambassador for super-premium Bulldog London Dry Gin to promote the brand and deliver training.

She will combine her new role with working at The Proud Archivist bar, restaurant and gallery in east London which she joined after two years at Hoxley & Porter bar in Islington, north London.

She began her career at café-bar Drink Shop & Do in King’s Cross, London, where she was general manager for five years.

She said: “I’ve always been a gin girl and so the current growth of the spirit means I have had a very exciting couple of years.

“I love gins with unusual botanicals so working with Bulldog is something of a dream for me. I can’t wait to get started, meet some other Bulldog lovers and show it off to bartenders so that we can work on creating more serves that include Bulldog Gin.”

Bulldog Gin is a lighter-style gin, distilled with 12 different botanicals from nine different countries such as dragon eye, white poppy from Turkey and lotus leaf from China. Made from 100% British grain and bottled at 40% ABV, it is distilled in a copper pot still.
