Pirate’s Grog bolsters rum portfolio with spiced expression

Pirate's Grog Spiced

Independent boutique rum company Pirate’s Grog has added a spiced rum to its namesake range.

The new expression is described as an “exotic infusion” of salt, caramel, a touch of all spice and a secret ingredient, which can be found growing along the shores of tropical islands.

Having developed a reputation for quality premium aged rums, the team behind Pirate’s Grog felt it was time to delve into the world of spice.

As the fourth expression in the range, Pirate’s Grog Spiced joins the original Pirate’s Grog Five Year, Pirate’s Grog No 13 and Black Ei8ht Coffee Rum.

Pirate’s Grog Five Year is used as the base spirit to create the new variant, which is said to boast a “subtle sweetness” and has been designed to appeal to fans of both aged and spiced rum.

Pirate’s Grog Spiced is bottled at 37.5% ABV into 700ml glass bottles with a real cork top.
