Polar Monkeys beer available on draught

Theodor Schiøtz Brewing Company has announced that Polar Monkeys’ Blue Collar Amber Lager and Chairman IPA are to be made available on draught.

Created for their easy drinking nature, the session beers are brewed in Denmark with a distinctly Nordic take on recipes and using high-quality ingredients.

Blue Collar Amber Lager is described as the fresh, laid-back member of the Polar Monkeys family. It has a crisp, balanced hoppy flavour. The light amber colour and vibrant citrus palate complement the fruit notes and floral scent. Served chilled, the amber lager is 5.0% ABV.

Alternatively, Chairman IPA offers an American-style IPA. This craft beer has a deep colour and the richness of malty hops and caramel, finished with the fresh tart notes of grapefruit.

At 6.0% ABV, Chairman IPA is one of the higher-ABV craft beers in the Polar Monkeys range. Its hoppy flavour and fruity aftertaste can be matched with spicy cuisine and a host of popular exotic dishes.

Anders Kissmeyer, head of craft beer creation and brewmaster at Theodor Schiøtz Brewing Company, said: “We’ve consistently had great customer feedback since introducing both Blue Collar Amber Lager and Chairman IPA earlier this year.

“As passionate brewers, we are focused on delivering refreshing flavours complete with subtle hints of quality ingredients.

“Having launched in the 330ml stubby bottles, we are delighted to now launch our range in draught format, giving operators the flexibility to serve Polar Monkeys in the way that best suits their business.

“Showcasing our unique branding, we have designed eye-catching lenses that are aimed at engaging the craft beer enthusiasts, allowing them to enjoy a refreshing, chilled pint of their favourite beer this summer.”

Polar Monkeys Blue Collar Amber Lager and Chairman IPA are available in cases of 24x330ml stubby bottles or in 20litre kegs for draught service, through a nationwide network of UK wholesale partners.
