The Inception Group’s Bunga Bunga in London is offering what they believe is the world’s first Bellini ice popsicle.
Pops, the premium ice popsicle brand, has formed an exclusive collaboration with the Italian-themed bar and pizzeria in Battersea and its neighbouring club Cocobananas to launch the new product.
Based on the classic cocktail created at Harry’s Bar in Venice, the Bellini Pops is made with 29% real prosecco and a generous splash of pure peach schnapps plus blood oranges and hibiscus flowers to bring out the colour and flavour.
It has ABV of 3.8% and is just 77 calories. It follows Pops’ launch of a champagne ice popsicle last year.
