Pothecary Gin releases limited edition with eastern flavours

Pothecary Gin Thai Blend

A new limited edition has been released by the makers of Pothecary Gin, using eastern flavours such as coconut, mango and turmeric.

Pothecary Gin Thai Blend has the subtle and delicate aroma of lime with hints of tropical fruit, fresh floral turmeric and coriander leaf, giving way to vibrant juniper in a complex and fresh style.

At 46% ABV, it has warmth and softness from the coconut, pineapple and juniper, with a hint of fresh ginger spice and gentle fruitiness from the mango, culminating with the floral aroma and earthy texture of fresh turmeric, delivering a sophisticated dry finish.

Like Pothecary Gin, it has been produced at a micro-distillery in Christchurch in Dorset by Martin Jennings and Lukasz Dwornik. It comes in 50cl bottles with a recommended price in retail of £49.

Launched in 2016, Pothecary Gin is made with five botanicals: juniper, tilia flowers, black mulberries, lemon and lavender, each distilled separately and then blended together.
