Premium adult soft drink range launched exclusively in on-trade

A new premium adult soft drink brand, in five non-carbonated blended fruit flavours, is being launched in the on-trade this month.

The Free Spirit still craft range comprises Blood Orange, Lemon & Yuzu, Spiced Tomato, Apple Mint & Lime, and Watermelon & Peach, conceived in response to consumer demand for more sophisticated adult soft drinks.

Made with natural ingredients, they have a high fruit content with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. They are available in 250ml bottles with twist-off caps, exclusive to the on-trade and non-grocery channels.

While they were designed to be served chilled on their own, each variant is said to mix well with spirits and in cocktails and mocktails.

Free Spirit Drinks’ Gavin Cox, who is also managing director of premium soft drinks producer The Cracker Drinks Co, said: “We have spent more than 12 months perfecting the Free Spirit proposition to create the sort of adult soft drink that both our customers and consumers tell us they want – one which is a better for you, non-carbonated, made with interesting flavour combinations and ultimately delicious.
