Quaglino’s serves up new cocktails

Brasserie and seafood specialist Quaglino’s has announced it will be collaborating with internationally renowned Bartender Simone Caporale to serve up a new cocktail menu.

The Art Deco bar has been serving spectacular cocktails since 1929 when founder Giovanni Quaglino’s love of gin dominated the bar menu.

Now it has decided to up the ante, teaming up with award-winning international bartender Simone Caporale to serve up 10 new cocktails

Taking inspiration from Quaglino’s rich heritage, the limited edition menu will present reinventions of classic recipes with contemporary and innovative twists.
