Rockstar Spirits – Britain’s Most Exciting Independent Rum Brand To Appear on TV
Thomas Hurst is to appear on Dragons’ Den to pitch his range of premium spiced rums.
Rockstar Spirits Ltd was launched in November 2018 by Tom Hurst, 45, who waved goodbye to a 20-year corporate career in the drinks industry to realise his dream of launching his own very own spiced rum brand.
“I don’t think I’ve been as nervous since I had to do a reading in assembly when I was 11. I had to take a few really big deep breaths in the lift to calm down before stepping out to do the pitch.” said Hurst.
The result is a closely guarded secret until the show airs on Thursday June 10th at 8pm on BBC One. Thomas will be raising a glass of rum to celebrate or commiserate after the show either way.
