Bath boutique hotel The Roseate Villa Bath has opened the doors to its new cocktail bar, The Henrietta Bar.
Boasting views of the iconic Henrietta Park, The Henrietta Bar is open all day, offering everything from morning coffee and afternoon tea to aperitifs and nightcap cocktails.
A variety of seasonal serves have been created by the hotel’s mixologist Christiana Kiose, who joins Roseate Villa Bath from sister property Roseate House, London using local ingredients and homemade syrups.
Favourites from the menu include Villa Zest, made with gin, grapefruit and lemon juices, and the Henrietta Spice, a winter spiced pear cocktail that combines warming spices of star anise and cinnamon balanced with the silky texture from egg white.
The bar also serves a selection of local beers and spirits, including Bath ales and Bath Botanical Gin.
