Rubies in the Rubble launches sustainable tomato ketchup

Rubies Ketchup

Rubies in the Rubble is continuing its mission to create ‘gourmet condiments with a conscience’ with the release of a new, sustainably-soured and 100% natural Tomato Ketchup.

Inspired by home-cooked family recipes, the product and has been made using surplus pears that would have otherwise gone to waste.

The natural sweetness from the fruit means Rubies uses half the sugar and three times the fruit content of typical ketchups.
