Serious Pig salami snacks are gaining new listings in the on-trade including BrewDog bars and the Brewhouse & Kitchen group.
The premium brand is growing distribution for the range, led by two Snacking Salamis in Classic and Chilli & Paprika, plus a sliced lean offering called Snackingham made up of Classic and the newly launched Chilli & Ginger.
Founded by George Rice and Johnny Bradshaw, Serious Pig has added several new on-trade customers including BrewDog’s 19 bars across the UK and the six Brewhouse & Kitchen pubs in London and the south.
Other new on-trade accounts include The Hinds Head in Bray, Berkshire, The Pig hotel in the New Forest, Pivni in York, Sheffield Tap, London City Airport’s bar, Crystal Palace Football Club bars, and London pubs The Jerusalem Tavern, Howling Hops and The Southampton Arms.
It has also gained listings in the off-trade with the likes of Fortnum & Mason, Ocado and Wholefoods.
